Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before using the TrainerZone platform.

Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the TrainerZone platform (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Platform. These Terms apply to all users, including individuals booking fitness sessions ("Clients") and fitness professionals offering services ("Trainers"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the Platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. Users under 18 may only participate with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Account Registration & Security
You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You must maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and are solely responsible for all activities conducted under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. TrainerZone will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials.

Trainer Obligations
Trainers who offer services through the Platform represent and warrant that they: hold all required certifications, licenses, and insurance applicable to their fitness services; will provide services in a professional, safe, and lawful manner; are solely responsible for the content of their profiles, class descriptions, and pricing; will honor confirmed bookings or provide reasonable notice of cancellation in accordance with our Cancellation Policy; and will not solicit Clients to transact outside of the Platform to circumvent our fees. TrainerZone acts as a marketplace facilitator and is not a party to the agreement between Trainer and Client. Trainers are independent contractors, not employees, agents, or partners of TrainerZone.

Bookings & Cancellations
Clients may book sessions subject to Trainer availability. A booking is confirmed once payment is processed. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before a session are eligible for a full refund or credit. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session start time are non-refundable unless the Trainer cancels or the session is rescheduled at the Trainer's initiative. Trainers who cancel a confirmed session without reasonable cause may be subject to penalties including removal from the Platform. TrainerZone reserves the right to modify these cancellation terms at its discretion with notice.

User Conduct
You agree not to: use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations; post false, misleading, or defamatory content including fraudulent reviews; harass, abuse, or harm other users or Trainers; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its infrastructure; use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access Platform data without our written consent; or circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Platform.

Physical Activity & Assumption of Risk
Participation in fitness activities involves inherent physical risk. By booking and attending sessions through the Platform, Clients acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks associated with physical exercise, including risk of injury, illness, or death. TrainerZone does not supervise, direct, or control the delivery of fitness services. We strongly recommend that all Clients consult a qualified medical professional before beginning any new exercise programme. TrainerZone is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation in fitness activities booked through the Platform.

Intellectual Property & User Content
All Platform content created by TrainerZone — including design, software, text, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of TrainerZone or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. By submitting content to the Platform (including trainer profiles, class descriptions, photos, and reviews), you grant TrainerZone a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with operating and promoting the Platform. You retain ownership of your content and are responsible for ensuring it does not infringe the rights of any third party.

Third-Party Services
The Platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services (such as payment processors, calendar tools, or mapping services). These are provided for convenience only. TrainerZone does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or reliability of any third-party service. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.

Disclaimers
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. TrainerZone does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not verify the qualifications, certifications, or conduct of Trainers beyond our stated verification process.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TrainerZone and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute between a Client and a Trainer, we encourage both parties to resolve the matter directly. TrainerZone may, at its discretion, provide mediation assistance but is not obligated to do so and is not liable for the outcome of any dispute between users. For disputes between you and TrainerZone, you agree to first contact us at [email protected] to attempt informal resolution before initiating any formal legal proceedings.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
